This Morning Routine Will Improve Your Mood
Getting out of Bed
Opening your eyes and shifting your thinking in the firtst 5 seconds can change your whole day. I remind myself that I did this yesterday and it proved to be a success, so I can do it again. Making the decision to put my feet on the ground and move through the day has always been the toughest thing.
Drinking an 8oz glass of water with lemon, working out, and listening to motivational music and journal to create intentions for my day.
Reminding myself that I can start over at any point in the day. Not all is lost!
