It all begins with making the decision and putting yourself first. Reminding yourself that you are worth it all. To get to the top we all have started at the bottom.
Going for hikes helps me keep things in perspective. Putting in the work starting at the bottom one step in front of the other as the hills get steaper our minds tell us we should stop or this is to hard. Reminding yourself that you have been in harder situations and made it through. So getting to the top of this mountain is something you can do. The only thing between you and the top is you.
